What is the role of the conservator of a museum with hundreds of priceless paintings? How are old paintings restored to their original splendor? Ms. Ramsay will explain this ongoing behind-the-scenes effort.
Regular Entree: Parmesan crusted chicken, fresh tomato and basil sauce, shaved parmesan, oven roasted baby creamer potatoes, honey roasted baby carrots
Vegetarian Entree: Grilled vegetable stack: Stacked portabella, red onion, red pepper, zucchini and yellow squash over a tomato coulis
