• 1:30 PM Instructor invites you to join her at the Selby Café (lunch not included) and will be available to answer questions and talk about gardens and photography. 
• You may stay until the gardens close at 5 PM or leave and return with your entrance sticker.

Ever wonder why some of your flower and garden photos just don't look as spectacular, stellar, or special as you expected? Ever felt that your composition is boring or cluttered?  Ever wonder why the sky looks white, white flowers look gray or don't have any detail, or shadows are too dark?  Are you unsure when, why and how to take your camera off the auto setting? Ever wondered how to cope when you are not allowed to use a tripod?  Do you think about making a sequence to share?  Would you like to get answers from a person who understands, practice making photos in an enchanted garden, and get helpful feedback instead of criticism?

This workshop will cover both beginner and intermediate concepts, and is not specific to a particular camera model, so you may use your smart phone, fixed lens camera, and advanced camera with interchangeable lenses. You need to bring your cameras in order to practice. A complete list of suggestions of what to wear and bring will be emailed to you upon registration.
